Hi, I’m Scott, owner of The Exterior Experience. We’re a locally owned exterior service company based in Midland, NC, serving homeowners throughout the greater Charlotte area.

I started The Exterior Experience around a simple idea: the outside of your home should be something you’re excited to come home to.

Whether we’re creating a custom Christmas lighting display, installing permanent architectural lighting, transforming a backyard with patio lighting, or designing a cleaner way to keep your lawn watered, I approach every project the same way — thoughtful design, clean installation, and attention to the details that make the finished project feel intentional.

We aren’t trying to be the cheapest guy with a ladder. We’re building a company homeowners can trust with their property — one that communicates well, shows up when promised, and stands behind the work after the installation is finished.
