  • Holiday lighting lease programs
  • Professional removal and off-season storage
  • Permanent lighting system installation
  • Installation of customer-provided lights (when compatible)

All services are completed at the customer’s property and scheduled based on availability, weather, and safety considerations.


3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted.
  • A deposit is required to secure your installation date and becomes non-refundable once scheduled.
  • Remaining balances are due on or before your installation date unless using an approved installment option (Stripe, Klarna, etc.).
  • Pricing may vary based on home size, materials required, accessibility, and labor needs.
  • Unpaid balances may result in cancellation or removal of leased equipment.

If you need payment flexibility, please reach out — we always try to work with our customers.


4. Holiday Lighting Lease Program

Our holiday lighting lease program allows you to enjoy commercial-grade lights without purchasing them.

By participating, you agree that:

  • All lights, wiring, timers, clips, and accessories remain the property of The Exterior Experience, LLC.
  • Customers may not move, remove, repair, or modify any leased lighting.
  • We provide free maintenance and bulb replacements during the season.
  • Lights will be removed by us after the holiday season — customers may not remove them.
  • Customer-caused damage (pets, vehicles, pulling wires, tampering, etc.) may incur a replacement fee.

This program includes professional installation, removal, and storage.


5. Permanent Lighting Installations

For permanent systems (including Minleon, Eufy, or similar):

  • Manufacturer warranties apply based on the specific product.
  • We provide a 30-day workmanship guarantee after installation.
  • Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Install dates may change due to weather or supply availability.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient installation, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to installation areas.
  • Move vehicles, decorations, and obstacles before our arrival.
  • Keep pets inside or secured.
  • Ensure exterior outlets or circuits are functioning properly.
  • Notify us of any roofing, gutter, electrical, or structural issues that could affect installation.

7. Installation Using Customer-Provided Lights

We can install customer-provided lighting, but:

  • We cannot guarantee the performance, durability, or appearance of store-bought or pre-owned lights.
  • Additional labor fees may apply for tangled lights, partial sets, broken clips, or non-standard systems.
  • We may not be able to troubleshoot or replace malfunctioning customer-provided lights.

Using our commercial-grade lighting ensures the cleanest, safest, and most reliable results.


8. Weather, Scheduling & Safety

Your installation or removal date may shift due to:

  • Rain
  • Strong winds
  • Snow/ice
  • Unsafe roof conditions
  • Extreme cold
  • Other hazards

Safety is our top priority. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds. We will communicate promptly if adjustments are needed.


9. Warranty & Limited Liability

We guarantee:

  • Seasonal lights will function for the duration of the season, and we will repair or replace faulty sections at no cost.
  • Permanent systems will be installed professionally and safely.

We are not responsible for:

  • Electrical issues unrelated to our installation
  • Pre-existing roof, gutter, siding, or structural problems
  • Damage caused by customer interference, pets, storms, or acts of nature
  • UV, weather, or age-related degradation outside the warranty period

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Exterior Experience, LLC is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.


10. Photo & Video Usage

We often capture before-and-after photos of installations for our portfolio.

Unless you request otherwise:

  • We may use photos or videos of your installation in marketing materials, on our website, or on social media.

You can opt out at any time by contacting us.


11. Intellectual Property

All mockups, photos, templates, designs, and content on our website are the exclusive property of The Exterior Experience, LLC.
They may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.


12. Privacy Policy

We collect customer information (such as name, address, phone number, and photos of your home) solely for quoting, scheduling, communication, and installation purposes. We do not sell or share personal data.
